MEET OUR FOUNDER

Hi, I’m Crystal C. Davis, founder of The Village...

And many people know me as The Hope Ambassador.

I’m an author, ordained minister, certified Transition (Life) Coach, and mentor.

For more than a decade, I’ve walked with youth and families through real-life transitions using faith-based strategies rooted in HOPE, helping people heal from the past, realign with purpose, and rise into wholeness and hope.

I created The Village because I’ve worked closely with families, and I’ve seen what happens when life hits hard, and support is missing.

A lot of people only see the symptoms: behavior issues, absenteeism, teen pregnancy, trouble in the community, but The Village is here to address what’s underneath it.

We support families at the root with guidance, resources, and consistent care, so parents feel equipped, and children have a real chance to thrive.
